What is the correct one?

I'm also a bit confused about EXPRESSION_X1 value. Is the fist formula is correct (4.1.1 - Gene Expression Profile) EXPRESSION_X1 should equals to b^2 but not b.

Am I right?

    Apparently the negative signs in the exponent have not been reproduced in the supplement, please take the formula described in 4.1.1 - Gene Expression Profile. And yes, EXPRESSION_X1 equals to , I corrected that in the parameter table. Thank you
