I am sorry, but I do not seem to be able to find any documentation describing the output files. The standart output (gtf format) is easy, but What is in each column of the coverage file and the insert file?

    Hi Ana,

    fair enough, thanks for bringing that to our attention. I added the page BED - Insert File describing the BED adaptation we use for writing the inserts. The coverage files are in JSON format, I think we should also add a page describing that more in detail.
