You want to modify the parameters listed in the section 'Amplification' of the .PAR Simulation Parameters description. Parameters GC_MEAN and GC_SD shape the GC distribution, be aware that PCR_DISTRIBUTION is to be set for instance to 'default' in order to switch on PCR.
